Podcasts I Like – Gartner Voice #podcast
Gartner has a monthly podcast – Gartner Voice – where Gartner analysts share their insight on business and IT. Even if the subject of the podcast isn’t specifically relevant to your industry the analysts will usually be inclusive for listeners from all industries.
I usually listen to Gartner in the train.
Podcasts I Like – Security Now #podcast
Security Now is a weekly podcast by Steve Gibson and Leo Laporte. It usually lasts from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the week’s major security events or subject matter. I like the fact that they take the time to go more in depth into security news and subjects.
I’ve discovered many new products thanks to this show.
Podcasts I Like – SECTHIS #podcast
I listen to security podcasts, one of my favourite is SECTHIS. SECTHIS has a brilliant formula, to be a guest or host on the show you must be a CISSP. Gene Naftulyev and Anatoly Elberg, the permanent hosts of the show, start of asking all the guests what alcoholic beverage they are drinking and attack their guests when they are not drinking alcohol. Initially they discuss the various merits of the beverage, then continue to the discussion of security.
Alcohol filled humour and security discussions last between 45 and 60 minutes.
